When you book we place a $1 hold to check your card and release it right away. After we weigh your laundry we text you the total and a secure payment link. We start washing once it's paid.
Any bag or basket works. Please keep delicates and anything that needs special care separate, and tell us in the order notes.
Most orders are back within 24h of pickup. You choose your delivery window when you book.
You can leave your bag at the door. If we can't reach it at all during your window, a $5 fee applies, and you can reschedule online.
Yes. Sign in with the same phone number and you'll see the same pickups in the app and on this website.
